We've been selling second hand books for a quarter of a century, currently from a High Street shop in Heathfield, East Sussex as well as online from the warehouse. We aim to provide good quality, sensibly priced and nicely packaged books in record speed.

Payment

We only accept payment by Paypal - we use a fully automated order management system that unfortunately will only recognise these payments

Shipping

UK DELIVERY:

Postage and packing rates are based on Royal Mail weight thresholds.

For multiple purchases we're happy to combine purchases for discounted postage rates, but you will need to ask for an invoice BEFORE you pay for any book in the order. We'll take 50p off the P&P charge for the second and any successive books, and the maximum we'll charge for delivery to the UK mainland is £6.00. This includes books offered with free shipping. .

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Postage charges are applied on a per kilo basis, just as we pay for it, but there are small advantages for us in mutltiple purchases, so we're able to offer 50p off the postage charge for the second and each successive book. You'll need o to ask for an invoice BEFORE you pay for any books in the order. We get a discount for single orders weighing over 3 kilos - it's not much, but we're happy to pass this on as well.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us before leaving feedback if something has gone wrong - we're only human, and mistakes do happen, but we aim to resolve all problems quickly and honourably.
