It's so important to take care of ourselves on all levels: Mind, body, and spirit. Just as we have our physical bodies, we also have an energy body. Reiki and any type of energy work, referred to as a complimentary therapy, helps to balance and promote natural healing in our energy bodies. This enhances the energy flow and corrects energy blocks on the human energy field or aura. Improving the flow of energy in the energy field supports the self-healing capacity of the physical body.ABOUT THE ENERGY WORKYou will receive a distance Reiki session (about 30 minutes). I also do a chakra scan and write up a report for you to see what areas need work and how you can help to balance your chakras on your own. I work as needed, and as the Reiki energy directs. I use Reiki with a technique called EmoTrance that I learned which helps to soften energy blockages so that they are able to flow out of the energy body or to wherever that energy is needed. The Reiki will also help to re-balance chakras and clear the aura.I am a certified Reiki Master.  I have seen some amazing things with the help of Reiki and energy work. I have used it on myself, friends, family, pets, face to face and through distance work. Because the energy of Reiki has no time or physical boundaries, it is possible to send this energy to any place and time.  Once you have ordered your session/reading please send your name and date of birth, and an e-mail address to send the completed report to.  I will contact you to set up a good time to do your distance reiki session and explain how it works' If you book a session over the weekend or during bank holidays it may take a day or two longer (even I need some down time)

ABOUT MEI am of Celtic/Norse blood and come from a long line of ancestors who worked with metaphysics and cherished all of nature's and heaven's spirits. My journey started at 13 when I first began to work with my clairvoyant skills and picked up my first tarot deck to read for a friend.  Over the past 28 years I learned to work with my own guides and several other tools for divination as well as Reiki healing and Astrology. My experiences have included learning from generations of my ancestors, learning from and working with a Native American Shaman, working with a paranormal investigation team, reading at fairs and in tarot shops in America and the United Kingdom, writing horoscopes and doing tarot readings for a well known Astrology and tarot site, and successfully completing my Reiki Master's training. I have been helping others in this way for over 28 years and have been offering my services on eBay since 2004 alongside my own website.  My readings are honest, done by myself, and done with care and attention to each individual, with no gimmicks or false claims.
