Items that are in perfect resaleable condition may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please ensure you return your items in the original condition & packaging , unworn & unwashed, with all labels intact. All goods would be inspected on their arrival to the returns department. A refund will not be given if the tags are removed or the items have visible stains, mark or scent.  All items are checked thoroughly before dispatch any items with fault please contact our customer care directly through ebay, email (mektup1@hotmail.com) or via phone (0208 518 7046). If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, postage cost would be at your expense

Any items sent back after the 7 days return period will only be qualified for a store credit valid for a month or an exchange with another item. Please note we cannot issue refunds on missing parcels that have not been sent recorded delivery. We will refund the payment price to your Paypal account which would go directly to your bank account. Please ensure contact is made prior sending an item back
