Im normally a 7-7.5 and these fit fine with socks

Gorgeous black leather ankle boots, with zip up front entry - with four buckle straps to fasten over the zip.

Buckles are a silvery gunmetal with antique effect carving / swirls

Boots dip and curve up to point up heels.

Lined a red tartan fabric.

Heels are 6.5cm high

Very goth / steampunk with a real 80's dandy edge.

Payment would be appreciated within five days by PayPal,or uncrossed Postal Order (for UK sales). International buyers - Paypal only. No checks, cheques or money orders.

Paypal is PREFERRED plus we do not charge extra to cover costs. Instant Paypal payment is the quickest method. Paypal e-cheques can take up to ten days to be cleared, so please understand your item cannot be sent until funds have been cleared by Paypal.

Postal Orders must be UNCROSSED as crossing them means they need to be paid into the bank and will take an additional 5 days to clear from point of banking, which will delay your item being posted as I can only visit the bank on Saturdays.

If you have purchased in error, then I am quite approachable.. just make contact. Ignoring invoices and emails just wastes time, and will result in a unpaid item claim being opened to reclaim fees. This will happen after 7 days  (not the usual 4 as ebay suggest) so please keep me updated if there is likely to be a delay! 

Postal cost includes all packing materials such as jiffy bag, box, Mail Pack, tissue paper, bubble wrap - and travel costs to post office. All items are very well packaged - just check our feedback!

All items for shipment within UK are listed with 1st Class Recorded Delivery as standard to cover both buyer & seller inline with Paypals Seller/Buyer Protection t&c. This provides a trackable number to prove delivery, with a signature.

International postage is ALWAYS by Royal Mails International Signed For Service. Again, this provides an essential tracking number and a signature upon delivery, which is insisted upon by Paypal to qualify for Seller/Buyer Protection. Once the package leaves the UK, it is in the hands of your local delivery service, and cannot be tracked online until delivered. (Hence the Roayl Mail fee for this additional service is approx £3.50 on top of Airmail charge)

If you wish an International Courier Service to deliver your parcel in order to have a constantly trackable number.. then please email me for a quote BEFORE bidding or buying. I will have to approach FedEx for a price. From experience it is likely to cost at least 4 times the amount of Royal Mail... so will be significantly more expensive. If required, please let me know. I should have a response within 24 hrs.

All items are posted within 24 hours of CLEARED payment being received, usually the same day if possible. Items bought on Sundays will be posted out the following day.

Im sorry if you feel postage costs are too expensive - or do not wish recorded method of delivery - but i cannot send without trackable method to save money! I realise it will cost less, and other sellers may do this... but i cannot.

As a seller i am responsible to ensure package arrives safely with you, the buyer..  this is the safest, and recommended way of doing so.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up ? do not confuse them for additional P&P charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - International government regulations prohibit such behaviour.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, bit PLEASE notify me before returning, via the ebay messaging system. Postage costs for returning items must be met by the buyer, and sent by a recorded method with online tracking, as it was sent out to you.

Please include ALL the packaging & paypal printed invoice I sent to you originally to speed up the refund process. This provides essential cover to comply with Paypals Buyer / Seller Protection Policy.

I will refund the original amount you paid me, upon safe return of the item. Items obviously must have their original tags, and be unworn and undamaged.

Measurements and full accurate descriptions are in the listing to prevent the need for returns, so please do check sizes etc before buying. Items should NEVER arrive damaged, as they are thoroughly checked before packaging.

Any flaws are ALWAYS noted in the listing, so in the unlikely event that Royal Mail damage the packaging in transit - I will have to investigate with RM upon return to myself.
