When converting a men's size to a female size you go UP two for the female, so a USA men's 11 is a USA women's 13. When converting a women's size to a men's size you go DOWN two for the male, so a USA women's 12 is a USA men's 10. All of our Pleaser USA, Inc. shoes are sold in whole sizes. The general convention is if you wear a half size order the next full size up. This is not 100% accurate but works most of the time.
