It fell over what is now called the Moldau River Valley in Czech Republic, and the resultant green gems are among the most rare minerals on Earth. There is a finite amount of this mineral, and it is now becoming very difficult to find. This is one of the few pieces I have left. Please note - there is quite a lot of material now being described as Moldavite which is not authentic - usually either dark green glass, or laboratory-created material. Whilst this may appear similar to the genuine mineral, it completely lacks any of the amazing metaphysical properties of genuine Moldavite.
