My name is Ian Tucker, I am a U.K. Reiki Federation Master Teacher.

I have recently moved to Devon but have been teaching Reiki at several venues around the West Midlands whilst lecturing on various subjects including a  Holistic approach to happiness and wellbeing.

A part of every one of my Reiki courses is a simple guided meditation that incorporates the gentle but effective healing power of Reiki.

I have recorded the meditation in a professional recording studio to guarantee  a high quality C.D. copy with every purchase.

The recording is approximately 25 minutes long and incorporates :-

+ A preparation technique for grounding and protecting (this is a very useful exercise to carry out each day even if not part of the meditation)

+ A 20 minute guided meditation that incorporates Reiki and the ancient Reiki power symbol to further enhance the benefits of this relaxing and uplifting meditation.

Please note - this particular meditation will require knowledge of the Reiki power symbol introduced during Reiki second degree teachings, my other Reiki meditation available on ebay  is suitable for all to use.
