The book measures 8.75 inches x 5.75 inches and has 174 pages. 

The book is in very good condition for its age, neat and clean, with wear/frayed to the top corner edge of the original dust-jacket (not price-clipped). There are NO inscriptions/book-plates and NO other ink or pencil markings in the book.  The binding is very good with no loose or missing pages.
