Postage & Packaging

In most classes our items are sent within 1 working day of receiving payment. We go to the post office Monday to Friday.

Our items are sent out via Royal Mail, using 2nd class (within 3 working days). Sterling silver is sent via royal mail recorded delivery. If you require an item urgently we are happy to give you a price for 1st class postage.

We always obtain proof of posting. Although it is very rare in the case that you do not receive your item we will be unable to refund or replace your item until we have raised a claim with Royal Mail. A case cannot be opened with Royal Mail until the 15th Working day after posting. We unfortunately cannot be liable for items lost in the post until Royal Mail have settled the claim with us. We will do our up most to ensure that this happens as soon as possible.

We are happy to combine shipping on multiple item purchases. Please email us for a price before bidding as we would need to work out the total weight of your items before we are able to determine how much it will cost.

Return & Refund Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your items every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return an item. Please contact us before you return an item. The item must be in a re saleable condition, packed securely and returned to us. Please note that you are responsible for all costs involved unless we delivered an incorrect item to you. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
