The purpose of this bracelet is to:

*  Even if you carry some means of identification in your wallet/purse this can become seperated from you in an emergency.

*  It provides medical information which can be a life-saver.

*  The headings under each section are written in 6 languages.

*  There are no languages barriers as they are internationally recognised as a medicial aid.

HOW TO WRITE THE PANEL & OPERATE THE CAPSULE

You can fill in the certificate with a type writer or permenant ink pen and insert information such as:

*  Name, address and date of birth.

*  Name & telephone of next of kin and doctor.

*  Notes on allergies, medication being taken, vacinations and dates.

*  Religion and blood groups.

*  Sections to allow you to insert any important information you feel neccessary.

When the certificate has been completed, tear off the upper and lower edges along the perforated lines, and fold in the form of a concertina.  Unscrew the water resistant top bezel, remove the retaining clip insert certificate and replace clip and screw top on firmly.

The bracelets are of unisex sytle and are brand new and in stock.  All come with a certificate and are contained in a clear plastic box.  If you have any questions please email me.
