UK:

 You may pay for the item by PayPal, personal cheque, Bank transfer or postal order.

If you wish to pay by Bank transfer, please contact me for details.  This is a fast alternative to cheque payment and can be done without even leaving the house!

Europe:

Payment by PayPal only please.

Your item will be despatched within 2 working days of cleared payment being received. 

Payment within 7 days please or I may need to re-list the item.

Refunds/Returns

All our items are packaged securely to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.  However, breakages do occasionally occur despite our best efforts

If your purchased item does arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so that a full refund or replacement can be arranged.   We may require the return of the damaged item complete with all packaging in such instances, therefore you should wait for our instructions in this respect.

  If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, we will accept returns within 10 days of despatch.  Such returns must be complete in their original, undamaged packaging and in perfect, saleable condition.
