Terms and Conditions

I am a genuine ebayer and work hard to offer an excellent service to all my customers. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or queries regarding my items and I will be only too happy to help.   I aim to offer a five star service in all areas - fast dispatch of items; 'no-profit' p&p charges; great feedback left as soon as purchase is made; quick response to emails/queries; emails sent to confirm receipt of payment and confirmation of dispatch; no quibble money-back promise.

Shipping

Fast dispatch offered as standard:

I post every working day. All items paid for before 1pm will be posted the same working day as paid for. Items paid for after 1pm will be posted the next working day.

Special Delivery:

If you wish to absolutely guarantee your package arriving the following working day, then please choose the Special Delivery option for posting. This is more expensive than Recorded 1st class mail but it is a guaranteed service by the Royal Mail which ensures that the package arrives before 1pm the following working day from working day posted. Items sent Special Delivery on a Friday will be guaranteed by the Royal Mail to arrive Monday ( ie.next working day).  It is possible to have an item sent on the Friday for Saturday delivery, but the Royal Mail charge an extra fee for this. Please contact me immediately after purchase to request an invoice for payment of this extra fee if you wish to have a Saturday delivery.

Please note that although 1st class Recorded items do generally arrive the following day - this is not a service with guaranteed delivery times. I can only promise to post quickly and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the Royal Mail.

Worldwide shipping offered:

I am able to ship items to anywhere in the world. If the option for your country is not included on the listing, then please contact me and I will add it to the listing.

I keep packaging costs to a minimum by only charging for the actual cost of my packaging/printing and the cost of the postal service offered.

Please note that, in the case of jackets and coats, if the worldwide shipping cost turns out to be less than a buyer has paid  (the full cost will only be known on weighing the final package), then I always refund any overpayment back to the buyer, directly via Paypal.

Returns' Policy

I offer a very fair Returns' Policy:

If you experience any type of problem with your purchase, please notify me immediately on receipt of the item and at latest, within 7 days of receipt.  I will very quickly reply with a solution. Any item to be returned must be returned within 7 days of notifying me; must be in original inner-packaging and condition sent ie. unworn/unused with tags and labels attached. Any item which has been clearly worn by the buyer or has tags missing, will not be refunded. Please also enclose the packing slip with the returned item. If this has been mislaid, please contact me prior to returning the package as items must be sent back with the necessary information needed for me to locate the sale. 

Refunds:

I check all items carefully prior to posting. However, in the unlikely event that a faulty item has been sent out by myself - a full refund, including p&p will be offered. In other instances, refunds will be minus original p&p costs. If you are less than satisified with your item - please do contact me to let me know so that I can sort the problem out for you.

Refunds on 'free' p&p items:

Where items purchased have included “free p&p” within the original sale price – the standard p&p cost of £2.95  (for dresses) or £4.00 (coats and jackets) will be deducted from any refund made as these p&p costs are obviously non-recoverable to myself and therefore need to be deducted from any refund to the buyer.

Combined Purchases

As all my 'Buy it Now' items are listed for immediate payment, they will request payment by Paypal immediately. My listings are set up to allow combined purchases to be made.  For UK buyers, the cost is the original postage plus £1 for each additional item. 

Payment

UK Buyers:

Auction items – to be paid for within 3 days of auction end by Paypal. If you wish to pay by uncrossed Postal Order, please contact me for details.

'Buy it Now' items - are listed for immediate payment by Paypal. I am also able to accept “uncrossed” Postal Orders for payment. If you wish to pay by this method, please contact me prior to purchase in order that I can revise the listing to enable you do do this.

Buyers outside UK:

Paypal is the only accepted form of payment. I am unable to accept direct bank transfers.

Non-Payment:

All non-payments need to be notified to Ebay as part of their required procedures. If you purchase an item and have a problem making payment, please contact me as soon as possible to inform me of the situation so that we can cancel the transaction amicably.
