Upon  receiving the payment of the order your item will be  dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse in  Glasgow. Further we will request you to add an estimated  time of 3-5 working days by the Postal services on top  of it for calculation of an estimate of time it will  take for the item to reach you. Further note that we  always send an email informing customer of when the item  has been dispatched.

We accept Payments via Paypal and unfortunately cannot  take payments over the telephone. You can also send us  payment via cheque (un-crossed) or postal order but in  that case we will recommend you to send them via  Recorded post for ease of mind. Further note that the  day we receive the payment via Cheque it will take 5-7  working days to be cleared before we can dispatch the  item to you.

Most of our items will be sent via Royal Mail standard  but if the weight or dimension of the item exceeds the  Royal Mail we will use Parcelforce or DHL 48 hours  service to send the item. Further note that  unfortunately due to the surcharges placed on us for  shipping to non-mainland UK addresses we will have to  transfer the cost to you. So in case if you live outside  the main British Isle we will request you to get in  touch to get an exact quote for the postage charges.

Returns

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods,  please contact us within 3 working days and describe the  damage so that we can taken an appropriate action.  Please take notice of any damage to the shipping  material. We may ask you to email us a digital picture  of the damaged goods or send the product back to us for  inspection (within 7 working days). we will either  replace the product or we will refund your payment in  full (including the shipping costs). If the product is  faulty and we ask you to send the product back to us for  inspection, your shipping cost will be refunded too. If  no fault is found, the goods can be returned at your  expense or a refund can be issued not include postage,  packaging charges and a 10% restocking fee.
