Lot Of Vintage And Antique Jewellery - Muff Chains, Bracelets, Brooches And Ring

This interesting lot of vintage and antique jewellery comes from different periods, with the earliest probably being the pin brooch and the muff chains which are Victorian. They have been in my personal collection for years which I am now thinning out.All items are made from yellow metal but none are gold. I am unsure what metals have been used for these items but some may be gold plated while others are gold tone. The only one marked is the ring which is rolled gold and marked as such. Weights have been given to add detail to the description. The heavy chain is surprisingly heavy, and is not made from the light metal sometimes used in thicker chains.Please read the detailed description below before bidding. 1. Victorian muff chain 1. This chain is at the top of the picture and is a simple chain. It measures about 140 cms in length. I am not sure whether this is the full length or part of the chain. It is heavy and a strong chain. It weighs 39.7 grams.2. Victorian muff chain 2. This chain is made from tiny box shaped links, with punched out stars on four sides. It really is a pretty piece. It is slightly shorter than the other chain at about 130mms. This is lighter but strong chain. It is joined with a large loop. It weighs 19.2 grams.3. Gold coloured heavy locket and chain. This is an unusual piece that is quite crudely made. However the loops are soldered together. The locket is in working order and a slightly different colour to the chain. This is 25mms in height and 15mms in width. The chain itself measures about 18cms in length with a little more when the locket is attached. It weighs 22.2 grams.4. Fine chain bracelet. Again very old. This one is very delicate and very pretty with its textured surface. It measures about 21cms in length. It weighs 1.6 grams.5. Pretty rolled gold ring. This is set with blue and clear glass stones and is stamped rolled gold on the inside. The gold is worn on the setting but it is a pretty ring. It is tiny measuring 18mms across.6. Enameled violet posy brooch. This is very pretty and is more mauve than is shown on the photo. It is quite worn, with the gold tone dull in places. It is fitted with a safety catch all in working order.7. Amethyst coloured stone bar brooch. Again this is very worn but a pretty piece. The metal is discoloured and a little bent. This measures 35mms across. 8. Fantastic ship brooch handworked in filigree metal. It is beautifully made and in good condition. Do look carefully at the photos to see the detail. The design on the sail is picked out in red enamel. It has a strong pin with a safety catch. This lot may be of interest to a collector of vintage and antique pieces.The pieces will be wrapped individually and set in a box to protect them in transit. They will be sent first class recorded.
