The skirt has been made in a very good quality Black Lycra which is stretchy & very comfortable to wear(easy to take off & put on) . The skirt has a black elasticated waistband when stretched measures 26 inches unstretched 21 inches, it has a 2.5 inch shaped top with a very full circle frilly skirt measuring 5 inches (including the frilly edge) which has been made in a stunning VERY GOTH Black satin with 2 rows of blood red glittery pleated frills and finished with two black satin tie up bows.
